Our position on copyright
IPTVFIND respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone who contacts us. We operate a notice-and-takedown process consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent legislation.
Filing a notice
A valid notice must be in writing and include all of the following, or we will not be able to act on it:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific location on our service that you say is infringing, described precisely enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
On receipt of a complete notice we will investigate and, where the claim is substantiated, remove or restrict access to the identified material promptly. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification rather than acted on.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material if they do not pursue the matter.
