Yes. The 5 Connections tier supports five simultaneous streams on five different devices from a single subscription. That covers a large household comfortably, and it is the tier most multi-room homes choose. If you only ever watch on one screen, the 1 Connection tier costs considerably less.
Yes. 4K and UHD feeds are available on a large proportion of sports and cinema channels, with Full HD as the floor across the rest of the line-up. Your picture quality depends on the source feed and your own connection speed; we recommend 25 Mbps or better for 4K.
Plans start at $15.00 for one month on a single connection and run to $800.00 for a lifetime five-connection plan. Longer terms reduce the effective monthly price considerably: a 12-month single-connection plan works out at about $7.50 per month. Every price on this site matches the billing portal exactly.
Activation is automatic. The billing portal provisions your account the moment payment is confirmed and emails your credentials, normally within 60 seconds. There is no manual approval queue and no waiting for a support agent.
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Android boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV and iOS, Windows and macOS, MAG and Enigma2 receivers, Kodi, VLC, Roku and Chromecast. Your subscription works across all of them with the same credentials.
Around 10 Mbps per stream for Full HD and 25 Mbps per stream for 4K. Because each connection streams independently, multiply that by the number of simultaneous screens. A 100 Mbps fibre line comfortably handles a five-connection household in HD.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher connection tier at any time; the billing portal calculates the difference. Downgrades and renewals are handled the same way, and your credentials stay the same so nothing needs reinstalling.
