What we collect
We collect the email address you provide at checkout, the plan you purchased, and the technical logs required to operate the service — connection times, the IP address you connect from, and which streams were requested. We do not collect payment card numbers; those are handled entirely by our payment processors.
Why we collect it
Account data is used to provision your subscription, deliver credentials, provide technical support, prevent credential sharing beyond your allowance, and meet our legal obligations.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies required to operate it, plus the billing portal session cookie that keeps you signed in while you pay. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the payment processors that take your payment and the infrastructure providers that deliver the streams, and only to the extent each needs it.
Retention
Account records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact our support desk and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic to this site and to our billing portal is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to provide support.
